Scope of Services
FundRupee is a digital lending advisor that matches users with various banks and NBFC partners. We do not issue loans directly, approve applications, or collect loan EMI disbursements. All approvals, disbursements, and terms of loan agreements are final decisions of the respective banking partner.
Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate, true, and complete financial and personal details when checking eligibility. Submitting fraudulent details or another individual's documentation constitutes a breach of these terms and may lead to legal disclosures.
Fees & Commissions
Our advisory services, eligibility analysis, and lending matches are completely free for the consumer. FundRupee does not request payments, transaction charges, or registration fees from loan applicants. Beware of individuals claiming to represent FundRupee asking for upfront fees.
Disclaimers of Liability
FundRupee is not liable for disputes, interest rate updates, or customer service issues arising under loan agreements signed between the applicant and the chosen NBFC/Bank. We advise reading the loan agreement documents thoroughly before signing.
